Scope

This policy covers ePointer (屏幕电子教鞭 / 屏幕電子教鞭), a desktop annotation utility published by OEApp for Windows 10/11 and macOS 13+.

What ePointer collects

ePointer is designed to run entirely on your device.

• No account is required. You can use ePointer without registering or signing in.
• No personal data is uploaded. Strokes, annotations, board pages and exported files are stored locally on your computer. ePointer does not transmit them to us.
• No screen content is uploaded. ePointer renders an overlay on top of other apps on your own machine; it does not capture, record or send your screen to any server.

Purchases

The free download is distributed through the Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store. Optional in-app purchases (Basic version, Full version) are processed by those platforms. We receive only the aggregated sales reporting those stores provide to developers; we never receive your payment card details.
